Leila is a pharmacist by training and has been a meditator for more than 10 years. She has always been driven by her desire to improve the well-being and health of all through mindfulness.
MATTHEW
Dr. Chester is a Senior Behavioral Scientist with a Clinical Focus at Headspace. He is Board Certified in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Chester works on the Headspace app to ensure it is aligned with scientific best practices.
