• See your primary care doctor first, for all your healthcare needs.
• If this is a new doctor, schedule an appointment with them so they can get to know you and your care needs.
• You can change your doctor at any time, just let Centivo know.

Get referrals for specialty care.

• Get a referral from your primary care doctor before you see a specialist.
• Make sure you see the referral in the Centivo app before making an appointment for your visit to be fully covered.
• Referrals are automatically approved and good for a full year.
