We are one of few companies to provide a leading edge parental leave policy to employees. We are very proud to offer a fully paid period of 20 weeks for a Primary Caregiver regardless of gender, natural birth, or adoption. For working parents who might not be “Primary” we also provide a “Secondary Caregiver” leave of up to 3 weeks fully paid.

- Policy runs concurrent with FMLA, Short Term Disability, and any state based mandatory leave laws.
