Let’s face it the last place you are likely going to need quick access to pull up your health plan ID, or confirm your investments, or double  check a commuter order or any myriad of benefits interactions is going to be when you are sitting at your desk with a URL bookmarked and your user ID and passcode neatly written on a yellow post it note affixed to your monitor (which by the way – you really should stop doing). More likely than not you are going to need this info at a doctor’s office, or the pharmacy, or at home. So why put yourself through the paces when every one of our benefits vendors has a great mobile application for free which very often employs touch or face ID as a means of authentication, and a user experience which tops their web based cousin.  From what I have seen from most of our partners is the mobile interfaces come to later influence how the websites themselves are designed and function.  So why wait?  Have that world class experience right now anywhere you are – even while out at a restaurant enjoying your meal.
