Strive to Be Well: Virgin Pulse
Wellness is a very personal and important journey that is different for each of us. It’s something we’re passionate about and think wellness should include everyone. We’re excited to partner with Virgin Pulse to provide our employees with an app based program to help track and reward their well-being goals.
Our Virgin Pulse plan rewards those employees who are actively participating in their personal wellness up to $800 each year (max of $200 per quarter) beginning in 2023. In previous years, the benefit maxed out at $700 USD. We don’t simply concentrate on physical well-being, but encourage you to participate in all different facets of wellness like financial, emotional, nutrition, social and community and receive rewards.
Rewards roll over from year to year, so you don’t have to cash out each quarter. You can elect to have cash deposited into your bank account, purchase a gift card, or shop in the Virgin Pulse story. But remember all rewards are taxable to you, so you’ll see imputed income (or tax) in your check on the value of your rewards. If you leave the company, rewards will be forfeited 30 days after your termination date.
To start, employees can log on by clicking here and then download the app to their phone. When you first login, enter your Last name, DJ and then your ID # in the Employee ID section, here’s an example: SmithDJ12345.
