Back-up Child and Adult Care Overview
Balancing home and work can sometimes be a challenge. To assist and provide you with programs designed to simplify your life, we are pleased offer the following programs to assist you with emergency care for a child or adult:
Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Program
Available to US employees only.
The Bright Horizons Family Solutions® network is comprised of 4,000 full-service child care facilities and home health care professionals who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to meet your child care and elder care needs. This benefit can be used up to a maximum of 20 days per calendar year. New parents get an additional 20 days in the first year of their child’s life.
