Dental Plan DMO Overview 2025
What is the program?
We recognize that not everyone has the same dental benefit needs. As an alternative to our Dental PPO plan we are offering the Aetna DMO program. This program offers both a lower paycheck deduction cost and richer benefits. How is this accomplished? By offering a narrower network of participating dentists who have agreed to more aggressive discounts with Aetna.
Who is this program for?
Employees and their dependents who would like lower dental costs and open to a specific network of dentists. All dental care must be rendered in-network and care to a specialist needs a referral.
Key program benefits:
- Preventive and basic dental care for $5
- $0 annual deductible
- Child and Adult orthodontia with a $1,500 copay (the rest is covered)
How can I enroll?
Log onto www.link2mybenefits.com to make your dental plan election.
The key to enrolling in this plan is to find a participating dentist in your area. You can do this either by calling your dentist and asking if they participate in the Aetna DMO or you can look them up on www.Aetna.com.
