Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) Overview with Spring Health
We know it can be difficult to find time to focus on ourselves when life gets busy at work and at home, but you shouldn’t need to wait for a crisis to prioritize your mental health. News Corp is committed to helping you and your families easily access care and resources to support you through any of life’s challenges.
We’re excited to announce that News Corp is partnering with Spring Health to ensure that all employees can get mental health support whenever and wherever it’s needed. Starting 1/1/26, this benefit will be available at no cost to News Corp employees and their household dependents.
It only takes a few minutes to take an assessment, and then Spring Health will design a care plan just for you. If you have questions, you can meet with your Care Navigator – a licensed clinician who will ensure you receive the best care for your needs. Spring Health’s easy-to-use website and app allow you to choose an experienced therapist you feel comfortable with, book appointments online, and get support when it’s convenient for you, either virtually or in person. Each member (age 6+) gets 10 free therapy sessions per year. At any time, you can tap into Moments, a library of self-guided exercises that can help you manage stress, calm anxiety, beat burnout, improve sleep, and be more mindful. Spring Health also offers access to coaching (10 free sessions), medication management, alcohol and substance use support, work-life services, and more.
We know that privacy can be a concern, especially when it comes to your mental health. Spring Health does not share your assessment responses or whether you use their services with News Corp, unless requested by you or required by law. We encourage you to take advantage of the support available through Spring Health. Learn more and get started at newscorp.springhealth.com or on the Spring Health mobile app.
