What’s New for 2026
The annual enrollment window will kick off on November 5th and run through November 19th this year. You’ll continue to make your 2026 benefit elections through The Benefits Center site (www.link2mybenefits.com).Â
What Must You Do During Annual Enrollment?
- If you are interested in participating in the Healthcare or Dependent Care FSA – you must make a new election for 2026. These elections do not roll over.
What Benefits Continue If You Take No Action?
The following programs will continue with the same elections from 2025 into 2026 if you take no action:
- Medical, Dental and Vision coverage
- Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance
- Disability Insurance
- Voluntary benefits like Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Identity Theft, Pet Insurance, Legal Plan
- Health Savings Account
- Commuter Transit Elections
Updates to our Aetna Plans and Centivo Partnership Plan
- The deductible for the Aetna CDHP will increase to $1,700 for an individual and $3,400 for those covering dependents
- Telemedicine for those in the Aetna CDHP will be offered at $0 when using our 98point6 program
- In-network diagnostic colonoscopies and breast screenings will be covered with a $0 employee cost-share for those in Aetna plans and the Centivo Partnership Plan
- Participants in Aetna plans will have an expanded network of GI doctors through Oshi Health
Changes to our Kaiser Permanente HMO for CA and HI employees
- Specialist copays will increase to $30
- Outpatient surgery copay will increase to $150
- In-patient hospitalization copay will increase to $500
- ER copay will increase to $250
- Prescriptions for specialty medications will increase to a 30% copay with $250 max
 Financial Changes
- Contributions from your biweekly payroll will increase for most plans
- The annual election for Healthcare FSA increases to $3,300Â
- The maximum annual contribution for Dependent Care FSA will increase to $7,500 for most employees; however, for those who are considered highly compensated the annual contribution will remain at $1,800
New Employee Assistance Plan with Spring Health
Spring Health offers easy access to:
- Personalized care. Take a short online assessment to get a care plan designed just for you. Based on your immediate needs and long-term goals, recommendations might include therapy, coaching, self-guided exercises, or a combination of care options.
- Free therapy. Get support when it’s convenient for you, either virtually or in person. Appointments are available in as soon as two days, even on nights and weekends. Each member (age 6+) gets 10 therapy sessions per year at no cost.
- High-quality, diverse providers. Choose an experienced therapist you feel comfortable with. You will receive recommendations based on your needs and preferences, and you can also search for providers by specialty, gender, ethnicity, or language.
- Care for your whole family. Families need mental health support, too, and that’s why Spring Health offers fast access to providers who specialize in working with couples, families, children, and teenagers.
- Dedicated guidance and support. Your Care Navigator – a licensed clinician – will act as your personal guide to ensure you receive the best care for your needs. They can walk you through your recommendations, help you find the right therapist, and provide unlimited support.
- Self-guided wellness exercises. Get on-demand support from Moments, a library of short, self-guided exercises designed to improve your mental wellbeing. Moments can help you manage stress, calm anxiety, beat burnout, improve sleep, and be more mindful.
- Free coaching. Connect with a coach to help you reach your personal goals. Coaching can support you in personal development, health and wellness, relationships, or parenting. Each member (age 18+) gets 10 coaching sessions per year at no cost.
- Medication management. If your care plan recommends medication management, you can easily schedule a consultation with a board-certified doctor who can prescribe as needed. Up to two of your covered therapy sessions can be used for medication management.
- Alcohol and substance use support. Members (age 13+) can get support to cut down or quit alcohol or substance use. A specialized Care Navigator can connect you with best-in-class resources and programs offering the right level of care and treatment for your lifestyle and budget.
- Work-life services. Need help managing life outside of work? Access expert guidance and resources to navigate legal or financial matters, child care, elder care, pet care, travel, household services, and more.Â
Introduction of the new, comprehensive Spring Health EAP means Aetna Resources for Living, Talkspace, Sleepio and AbleTo will be discontinued as of December 31, 2025.
