What should I do if I experience symptoms of Coronavirus?
You should seek immediate medical care by contacting your primary care physician.
What if I do not have a primary care physician?
Aetna members should call 1- 800-338-8047 and an Advocate will connect you with an in-network provider.
Kaiser members should call the PCP office number listed on their member ID cards.

What if I’m travelling or unable to schedule a visit with my primary care physician?

Are there other health care options?
Aetna members can visit CVS minute clinics in their area. CVS minute clinic staff members are equipped to diagnosis but cannot treat Coronavirus.
Aetna members can also schedule a virtual primary care visit with 98point6. 98point6 runs algorithms based on guidance from the CDC to determine at risk patients and refer them for appropriate testing and treatment.
Will my health insurance cover Coronavirus-related treatment?
Yes, medical costs and treatment will be covered at the benefit level provided by your medical plan.
How can I confirm that I am currently enrolled in a Dow Jones medical Plan?
Employees can login to the Benefits Center at www.Link2mybenefits.com to confirm their health plan enrollment.
What if I do not have a medical plan ID card?
Aetna plan members can login to www.Aetna.com and register as a first time user, using their SSN as their member ID. You will be able to request a replacement card and print a temporary card from this site. You can also call Aetna 1 advocate at 800-338-8047 to request a card.

Could the Coronavirus outbreak impact my ability to fill prescriptions now or in the near future?
CVS, our Prescription Drug Plan provider for Aetna Plan members, are closely monitoring the global manufacturing environment. They do not see any disruption to the supply chain that will affect their ability to fill prescriptions now and into the near future. They always encourage members to refill maintenance medications in a timely manner.
What if I need to fill a prescription but do not have a prescription drug card?
Aetna Plan members should call CVS at 866-240-4921 to request a replacement ID Card.
Kaiser plan members should call Kaiser Member Services at 800-464-4000.

How can I cope with the stress and emotional impact of the Coronavirus outbreak?
Our EAP provider, Aetna Resources for Living, has resources available to help employees, and their families, deal with the emotional impacts of the Coronavirus outbreak. All employees have access to EAP counsellors by calling 855-807-0013. Onsite counsellors are also available in the Princeton and 1211 AOA offices on designated weekdays.
Can I use our new telemedicine program, 98point6?
While 98point6 is a great tool to use for things like a sinus infection, a UTI or pink eye, 98point6 cannot be used to diagnose Coronavirus. This program may be able to assist in triaging your illness to help you determine if you need to seek medical treatment in person, but will not be able to diagnose Coronavirus.
Can Wellthy help me at all?
Here are a few proactive measures our Wellthy Care Coordinators can assist with:
- Set up delivery services for medications and food
- Order extra caregiving supplies and/or medication refills
- Communicate with current services like medical providers, adult day centers, Meals-on-Wheels, and in-home agencies to ask about their protocol during an emergency
- Work with the service provider to create a back-up plan for routine treatments such as dialysis, chemotherapy, wound care, and oxygen delivery.

What steps can I take to avoid catching and spreading Coronavirus?
The World Health Organization has issued the following guidance:
- Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds or more
- Don’t cough or sneeze into your hands, consider your elbow or a tissue
- Keep your distance
- Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
- Stay home if you feel unwell
