You can get your member ID card online by visiting your secure member website at aetna.com. If at any time your card has been updated, Aetna will let you know via email.

A digital ID card means:

• Most accurate and up-to-date coverage information
• Having your card readily available on your smartphone
• Greater security – no printed card to lose
• Less materials used – a plus for the environment

Here’s how to get your digital card

• Aetna Navigator^®: Go to aetna.com and click “Log In” to get to Aetna Navigator. See the ID card section. You can view and print a copy of your ID card.
• Aetna Mobile application (iPhone and Android): To download the free Aetna Mobile app, go to your smartphone’s app store. Search for Aetna. Once downloaded, you can register or log in using your Aetna Navigator username and password. Visit the ID card section of the mobile app to view your ID card.
• Aetna.com mobile web: Open an internet browser on your mobile device. Go to aetna.com. A mobile version of the website will display. Register or log in to your Aetna account.

You can also give your doctor a photocopy of your original printed card.
