Your plan pays a one-time Recurrence Benefit per Covered Condition for the following Covered Conditions: Cancer, Heart Attack, Stroke and Major Organ Transplant. A Recurrence Benefit is only available if an Initial Benefit has been paid for the Covered Condition.
