Tips to use Headspace
Once you sign up for Headspace (see our exclusive offer on Perks at Work), it might be intimidating to get started. There are 2 great ways to navigate the Headspace app.
- Today–New content is delivered every day on the Today page (if you’re not sure you’re on it–tap the Today icon at the bottom of your screen). 1-Minute Breathing is a great place to start. The page delivers content to you throughout the day.
- Explore–On the bottom of your phone tap the icon for Explore. From here you can link to opportunities to Meditate, Sleep, or Move. Scroll down for podcasts, meditation for women, Star Wars fans can meditate with Yoda or if you’re a newby-check out Beginning Meditation.
