In general, use your vision benefits for routine eye exams, glasses, contacts and standard vision care. Use your dental benefits for routine cleanings, fillings, crowns, orthodontia and other dental care.
Use your Centivo medical benefits when an eye, dental, mouth or jaw concern is related to a medical condition, injury, infection or requires care from a medical provider.
